The BMM/1 emergency control gear is supplied as a maintained/ non-maintained emergency driver for integral mounting within a luminaire.

A switchable maintained 3 hour emergency lighting driver that operates at 700mA or 350mA in both emergency and mains operation. This unit primarily is designed as the emergency lighting driver, but can also be used for night lighting purposes via a separate timer switch, where required. The batteries used with this unit not only offer double the life of traditional emergency lighting batteries, but consume far less power during their operation.
